Law degree from the University Jaume I, Directive Development Program (PDD: Programa de Desarollo Directivo) from the IESE Business School, University of Navarra; Master in Corporate Social Responsibility from the IE Business Institute, Master’s in Communication and New Technologies, Coso Foundation, and approved consultant in different managerial systems related to sustainability.
She has advised numerous public and private companies from different sectors in the management and integration of sustainability, including these that stand out: Museo Thyssen Bornemisza, Delaviuda Confectionery Group, Acadia Retuerta LeDomaine, Natra, Grupo Siro, Cerealto, Elecnor, T-Systems, Kia Motors Iberia, Gestamp, Grupo Amma, Algeco and Grupo Tragsa, as well as numerous agri-food cooperatives. She has participated as an expert in sustainability in international projects.
Encarnita has held positions of responsibility in numerous foundations of national and international scope among which the general coordination stands out in the Foundation for the Social Promotion of Culture, in which she had the opportunity to work with numerous countries, being able to participate in numerous international forums such as the Constitution of the Anna Lindh Foundation (Alexandria) and the participation in the Summit for the Development of the Millennium Goals (current SDO Sustainable Development Objectives) in the UN (New York), among others.
In Spain, she is the General Secretary of the Asociación Via Círculo Jefferson that unites the alumni of the International Visitor Leadership Program of the US Department of State.
Speaker in different forums and in-company workshops and with training entities such as the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, Valencia and Murcia, AEGVE, etc., training based on the sustainability models, concept, context and in the management tools of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), etc.
Co-author of several publications, among which stands out “Economía Social: Ejemplo Privilegiado de Organizaciones Socialmente Responsables,” “De la estrategia a la comunicación: Guía para la identificación, medición y gestión de los impactos ambientales en el marco de las memorias de sostenibilidad.” “Catálogo de Buenas Prácticas en Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en Cooperativas Agroalimentarias Españolas.
