Ana Luz Huete, has a degree in Law. She has completed the Senior Business Management Program (PADE: Programa de Alta Dirección de Empresas) by the IESE Business School (University of Navarra). Diplomae in “Leadership and Social Management” from the IESE Business School. She is certified as an Expert in Foundations by the National University of Distance Education (UNED: University Nacional de Educación a Distancia) and certified in Fundraising by the University International de Cataluña.
Additionally, and complementary to the above, she is certified as an executive and team coach by the European Coaching School (EEC: Escuela Europea de Coaching).
Throughout her professional trajectory she has exercised team coordination functions in different associations: preparation of annual activity plans and preparation of reports.
She has also worked as an independent consultant for the education sector and the third sector: advice and implementation of quality systems in educational centers in Madrid and Seville; coaching and development of organizational strategy projects; organizational advice for educational centers and cultural associations, and fundraising for different projects of non-profit entities.
She facilitates and advises companies in the sector, guiding them in a process of transformation and cultural change based on the people within.
From 2005 to 2017 she focused her professional activity mainly in the area of the third sector, specializing among other things, in the management of foundations. The important role she played as Director-Manager at the DASYC Foundation in Valencia, where she carried out tasks to raise funds for the development of national and international programs, must be highlighted.
During 2018 she taught the leadership module in the Executive MBA of the INEDE Business School at the University of Valencia, Valencia.
She is a member of the territorial board of alumni IESE Levante and a member of the board of trustees of the Fundación Felix Granda in Madrid.
