Professional Experience
Management and talent consultant, with +20 years of experience as a member of executive teams in multinational companies and corporate groups with local and Latin America presence, in the areas of: Organizational Development, Change Management and Transformation, Business and Talent Strategies, Coaching and Mentoring. She has been a member of advisory boards in professional associations, and board member and collaborator in citizens’ organizations.
With solid experience in management consulting, she has facilitated strategy planning and execution processes for companies in different sectors; leading talent strategies and succession plans; and has accompanied +30 change projects for expansions of companies in the region, technological implementations, M&As and restructurings, in multiple sectors: technology, telecommunications, distribution, retail, insurance, airlines, public and NGOs.
For 13 years she served as head of Organizational Development at Inversiones Bahia, Ltd., supporting the transformation and talent strategies of Motta International Group and related companies. Previously, she developed a progressive career in Quality & Customer Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development and Management Consulting at Xerox, BellSouth International, Telefonica and Suma-Mercer, respectively.
