One of our first books was in 1992 by Luis Huete. Since then, we have published more than 12 books, translated into different languages, in which we have summarized some of the ideas that we use in our role as trusted advisors. The books focus on aspects of business reengineering, management models, people and culture, customer management, self-leadership, etc.

50 Líderes que hicieron historia masterfully describes how certain events and stages in the life of those referred to, men and women from different eras, circumstances and interests, such as Socrates, Napoleon, Lincoln, Marie Curie, Gandhi, Einstein, Hitler, Steve Jobs or Amancio Ortega, among others, have molded their personality and conditioned their way of positively or negatively influencing future society.
The authors also emphasize the role of the conscience, or the lack of it, in their decision-making to understand the implications of their actions and in the quality of their objectives, as well as the phenomenon of sociopathy and the very disintegrating impact that it has on society.
Through these examples, Luis Huete and Javier García highlight the leadership teachings that are behind each character and help us improve in both the professional and personal fields, with the idea of creating more leaders who are going to leave a positive footprint on society.
